Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions concern the use of any products and/or services provided by On-Track Safety Solutions Ltd. and any affiliations or subsidiaries. These terms must be read in full before accessing our website or using any of our products and/or services.
Disclaimer of Liability
On-Track Safety Solutions shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the website, any information contained on the website, your or your company’s personal information or material and information transmitted over our system. In particular, neither the website owner nor any third party or data or content provider shall be liable in any way to you or to any other person, firm or corporation whatsoever for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever arising from any delays, inaccuracies, errors in, or omission of any share price information or the transmission thereof, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon or occasioned thereby or by reason of non-performance or interruption, or termination thereof.
Terms of Payment
Payment in full is required in advance of receiving access to any of our online course material. All refund and credit requests will be dictated by our refund policy without exception.
Return & Refund Policy
Online Training: Refunds are available for unopened online training courses, if requested within 90 days of purchase. If more than 90 days, a digital credit coupon will be issued to the original purchaser. Coupons do not have an expiry date and may be used on one or multiple purchases as needed until the value is used.
Safety Products: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us within 30 days for a store credit. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any Customized products with personalized wording and / or Logos cannot be returned. Once your return is received and inspected and the product is still in good condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be placed on your account
Use of this or any affiliated website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the province of Alberta, Canada, regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the Provincial courts located in Alberta shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.
On-Track Safety Solutions Ltd. makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees (whether express, implied in law or residual) regarding the website or the contents accessible through the website or any other affiliated or subsidiary website including user areas and course content.
2. Identifying Purposes
We collect, use and disclose Personal Information to provide you with the product or service you have requested and to offer you additional products and services we believe you might be interested in.
